We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Returns Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be returned within <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice) is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items purchased during a clearance or special sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that have been damaged or altered after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Damaged or Wrong Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within <strong>24 to 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you. Please provide clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged item as proof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your return is approved, we will process your refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong> orders, the refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer (as per your preference).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>Prepaid<\/strong> orders, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit\/Debit card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please allow <strong>3 to 7 working days<\/strong> for the refund amount to show in your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Shipping Costs for Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), <strong>Ephris<\/strong> will cover all shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
